Skinny Bodybuilding - Overcoming Skinny Genetics




If you are skinny bodybuilding is probably a very arduous process for you. The ectomorph body type that is characterized by a high metabolism and prohibitively low fat and muscle mass does have the odds stacked against them genetically which discourages many who call themselves hardgainers or even no gainers and give up. 1. Eat More calories
