The goal is to have your body become like a magnet, a magnet to attract Universal Qi. To accomplish this you will need to have a picture in your mind of what a magnet looks like and how a magnetic field interacts with it. An easy to visualize picture is that of a simple bar magnet that has the commodities of magnetic force flowing into one tip, through the magnet and then out of the other top, once again circling to the one limitation and so on.
