We are all energy and we need to thrive and feed off of the energy of others and we also give back with our own energy.

We have the Law of Polarity and for every business there is an converse reaction.

The Law of Polarity: Every vibration has an contradiction vibration. We can change one whereabouts by connecting to the differing pole and transforming the current energy.

Energy is the same with the people you like to be around and those few people you cannot stand to be around. Perhaps you do not dislike a person but find every time you have been around them you feel wasted, depleted, exhausted and really they were not all that negative, or feasibly they were, or perhaps they were very chipper!

Regardless of their personality or persona every one runs at their own frequency.

Our frequencies can change and alter but we all have one steady flowing frequency at our base levels and to some it sucks the energy out of them.

The person that is an energy vampire for you may be an energy refuel for fresh.

Sometimes we are attracted to the very person who drains us of our energy.

Why is that?

That is seeing we at times need to completely drain our power in organization to restore power.

Sometimes like a battery in some cases we must use every ounce we have in us before we can go and recharge.

I differ highly in my impression of what an energy vampire is compared to others writings on the matter. Energy vampires are not always theatre queens or people who only think of themselves or who are intruders into your life. At times the very people we love and respect the most can zap us of our core strength. They are well - intentioned fun outgoing charming people who just have no concept they run on a much different frequency than we do.

And that is what it comes down to – we all run on our own frequency or current of energy. We need to be around people who match our currents but we also need the opposite energy at times as well to maintain a healthy balance in our systems.

We can not stay away from every one who does not run on our frequency or we could not mastery jobs, have families, interlace activities involving others, etc and so on.

I also do not acquiesce with the idea that energy vampires have to have suffered some traumatic experience and feel the NEED to extract others of their positive energy.

We all have had some form of dramatic or traumatic experience in our lives and very few of us have lived charmed unfortunate lives.

Really what it comes down to is simple mechanics. We all have a flow of energy that feels affluent for us – well we reverie to anyway – there are cases latitude a person can be their own energy vampire but that is a whole different article. However we find our flow and we are filthy rich with it and then along comes someone in our lives who runs on a different energy motion be that more cool than us or more inflamed than us – energy can run high or low but both can be equally depleting!

A depressed confrere can empty us just as much as the over active and busy body monster in law! It is just not our own personal flow that makes us feel sunny fuzzies!

Sometimes when someone depletes us it makes us feel anxious or nervous and we need to get back to spotlight. Need is not always an stressful experience but sometimes one that gets our hearts velocious and our nerves frantic so do not think all “ energy vampires” cause us to fall down on the bed just want to sleep some of these people really charge us up to a level we are not at ease with as well!

But these relationships can work well and be healthy as long as we know how to grip them and how to recharge our own energy and recognize when we are being depleted and how to restore ourselves!

I propose the following suggestions to refuel your energy after being around someone who drains you or makes you feel anxious.

1. Take a shower. I lift really hot ones but it does not help my dry skin one bit lol regardless a shower can cleanse the adverse energy ( understanding I do not say negative energy but adverse! ) from your body and mind. Take time in the shower to relax and do buried cleansing breaths.

2. Go or a constitutional or exercise. There is no thing better to rejuvenate yourself than to do the body well. The mind body connection is strong and when you feel low the best thing to do is get your adrenaline either pumped back up or let it run its course out of your system depending on the type of abridgement you are experiencing.

3. Listen to music. Music is the real chicken incongruity for the soul and can bring a clam to you when needed or pump your spirit back up when needed!

4. Work on a sympathy! Do something that is about YOU for a while. Something you cotton to be that working on model airplanes ( if people still do that ), playing guitar hero, humid, bowling it really does not matter, whatever makes you feel happy go and do it.

6. This one has to be done carefully considering you do not want to go and zap someone just to refuel yourself but speaking to people who ground and core you is key as long as you know you are not an energy vampire to them! This brings me to extra topic:

How do you know who YOU are zapping?

Even note how your associate makes you feel!

Knowledge is power and knowledgeable is half the trouble!

Once you place who drains you and depletes you then you can determine in what ways they do so.

Is it merely being around them or is it when you have accurate discussions with them?

Is it making you envious and nervous and high - strung or is it making you weak, pooped and shiftless?

When you know HOW they make you feel and WHEN they make you feel such ways you can use items off of the guide to offset these feelings.

As long as you are not erratic in your energy and it is safe to go for a drive it can be very refreshing and even getting back to nature if you decide to dare off the blown away path! I love to blare my radio when I am the only one in the car, play my music I hoist which I rarely do since I let my kids take over the music ofttimes lol and just go ANYWHERE. We have a lot of country roads direction I live and I love to drive recent the sunflower fields, mark all the stock and horse pastures and just breathe the fresh country air! Perhaps you do not have that in your area but there is something freeing about crusing down the highway too.

10. Get a reiki healing, energy cleansing, or chakra balancing. Sometimes the build up we experience of contrary energy can get a bit too much and we need to cleanse the system.

Hopefully this provides a clearer and I am rank different perspective on “ energy vampires” and hopefully we can put a more positive name on those who just do not match our own energy well. I exalt to refer to them and myself as Polar Opposites.

How People Steal Your Power, Energy and Soul

One of the most untalked about subjects is the subject of how people steal other people ' s power, soul and energy.

On a larger level, the act of taking or using someone numerous ' s energy is based on having power over wider person, and it is a lower level of consciousness that people have chosen to operate under.

A common position is that energy vampires are negative people or use negativity to empty you, although this is not true. Someone can take your energy just by you speaking to them, listening to them speak, looking at them, or being close to them in terms of space, ( like if you were to stand very close to supplementary person ). It has extinction to do with being negative, it has to do with a person who is on a lower vibration energetically, and just by dealing with them, your energy is taken.

What is even more exotic is most people who take or use other people ' s energy, do not know they do it. The people who tolerate how energy works and are also users of other people ' s energy are what I call " Learned thieves " meaning they largely purposely choose to use other people for energy. I had a mate at one time in my life who told me she would purposely " steal " other people ' s energy and feed off of other people energetically. I asked her how she did it and she verbal, " with her mind ". She spoken she would pull people to her intentionally just with her thoughts and by just someone fortunate attention to her, she could take their energy. I asked: so a person has to be palmy attention to you?, and she oral without fail, by them efficacious attention to me, they give me their energy. This makes a lot of sense, now whatever people limelight on, they nurse to give their energy to. I successive found myself always done for and prostrated around this " familiar ".

Whenever we have a relationship or interaction with extended human, the other human we are having the relationship with or interaction will either function on two levels.

The first level is the giver level, this is a person who does not have any type of screened agenda or crave to regulation or have power over others. This level is how people should function with one added. This level is what is right and hesitant within the universe as the way you are " supposed " to operate as a human being. Within the universe humans are supposed to be beings who " share " their energy with each other, and not take one increased ' s energy and not give back affair in return.

The giver is a person who is connected to the " light " as they say, meaning, this person has a connection to his or her own inner power / soul and has no need to use other people for energy, owing to they can develop their own energy. This is how you are " supposed " to function as a human being.

- The giver has an energy field ( aura ) which develops its own energy and in turn gives that energy to others.

The second level is the user / abuser and taker level.

The user is the human who has chosen to dominate, bridle, have power over, or mold one in addition as a way to recoup for his or her own deficiency of power, understanding and soul. The user may be completely unaware of his or her actions and functions on " automatic flyer ", not really observant who they are and why they operate the way they do.

Some users conceive more then others and positively purposely steal other people ' s power, energy and soul.

The user tends to associate with other users and givers often avoid these types of people. The user may be in high construction positions, such as teachers, healers, leaders, etc. The user is more common within the contest of humans then the giver. This is due chiefly to unhealthy choices and being spiritually dis - connected to ones own power and soul. The user tends to operate under fear, which is due to his or her own deprivation of power, understanding, and higher consciousness. The user functions at a level at which non - physical beings of a murky nature function at, which is a level of over powering one spare, dominating one increased, or attempting to containment one amassed.

- The user has an energy field ( aura ) which is reversed, meaning it does not develop its own energy, but instead it gets its energy from exterior of itself, from other people.

As we deal with one new in a social or sexual relationship, we exchange energies completely invisible by the naked eye. When a user operates with numerous user there is very little power lost or stolen between the two people as they are both users and operating at the same level.

When a user operates with a giver, there is an imbalance of energy exchanges. What this means is the user cannot give or exchange energy due to of his or her dearth of power, while the giver tends to " give " energy to the other person which is the user. So this imbalance creates a unhealthy relationship between the two people, as one person takes and the other person gives. As the relationship develops the user can altogether steal whole parts of power or soul from the other person who is a giver. These parts of power or soul that are stolen from the giver are generally unknown to them whereas of their scarcity of understanding of how the soul functions on an energy level in regards to " Soul Loss ". As parts of personal power are stolen they create openings or holes in the energy field. Once a person begins to develop holes in his or her energy field they are " energetically weak " meaning they have power mislaid from them which in turn has caused them to be unbarred energetically to non - physical beings. The amorousness of non - physical beings in a persons energy field is what causes a person to develop lower levels of consciousness, energy, and power. The more power a person has stolen from wider person, the more power is lost from that person and the more energetically weak that person becomes.

It is important to tolerate that we are not living in a world that is made of lenient and loving beings, although you may lap up you are. The darker truth of life is that this world we live in is made principally of fear based beings, lower level humans, and pitch-dark consciousness. For if we lived in a loving world there would be no need to fight, battle, have power over each other, start wars, or hurt one in addition.

The fact that humans have lived for thousands of agedness, and have created void but disorder, pain and misery within one massed is only an stereotype of how humans operate on a wider level.

That we must choose to dig who we are, and learn to make the choice to not live in fear, or give our power to others, or acquiesce fear and lower level energy into our lives.

To make the choice to become spiritually keen is to note who we really are.

Who we are is not a living breathing human being, but we are much more then that. We are soul beings, trapped in a physical body until we make the choice to consent this world.

So when a person comes to you to steal your power, what are you going to say to them?

No! You cannot steal my power, go get your own energy and power and stop using other people for your own personal benefit. When we make the choice to not let on others to use us, we choose to become self - empowered through our own choices to not let on other people to make us sick.

Let ' s now talk about the ways people take your energy and power, as there are many.

1. The Eyes, and Your Body Position when speaking to someone.

The eyes are an important tool for transferring energy. The eyes have been called the ' window of the soul ' for a impetus. We can give and take energy through the eyes. If someone needs you to bull's eye on them, you will need to look at them. When people look at something they are focusing on what they are looking at, giving it energy and attention.

Whatever you polestar on you give your energy to. Also the body and the position of the body is very important. It is this position of your body which is not beneficial when speaking to people who absorb others energy. So what they will do is get you to fight them, explain with them, play their emotional and power pilfering games. They will feed off your emotional reaction. They will exertion to get you to " play " their game by reacting. They will feed off the energy fed into the conflict. The easiest ( and oldest ) way to steal someone ' s energy and power is to start an argument or conflict with them and feed off their reaction. So when someone starts to trigger some sort of conflict with you, you need to examine whether it is worth your energy to " fight back ". Some battles are best dealt with by ambulatory away and saying NO.

3. Name Calling, Gossip, Emotional Attacks

People will need to get you to react emotionally and feel hurt to give away your power. People need you to hub your mind on them and what they are manipulating you with. So what better of a way then to call you a name or emotionally attack you in some way? Principally all power games revolve around making you feel hurt, or embarrassed, or weak, or effete. So this method involves assorted acts of demoting your quality of being. Treating you in a way that hurts your emotional self.

4. People Treating You As If You Are Of No Worth or rocky, Power and Domination Games

10. Invasion of Personal Space / Being Very Close To Unhealthy People

This is a little more advanced, but some people can feed off of you by just standing close to you. Since your energy field ( aura ) extends around your body in a distance of 5 feet give or take, those who are more experienced " feeders " will smartly feed off your energy by standing close to you. You would not consider the amount of people who have tried to stand markedly close to me in assortment to feed off my aura. It is halfway a joke. The serviceman way is to avoid conflict at all costs, and expressive away is sometimes the best defense. Fear no one, unless you like being restive. Fear is radically dis - empowering and it is the greatest tool of all to steal massed person ' s power and energy. If you could get everyone to fear you, what a great master of dis - empowerment you would be. But people choose to be shy. It is a learned response and choice common among people who are not in their power. People can also project their fears and anger and negative emotions on to you as a sort of psychic attack and that will drain you as well. Learn to be in your power and develop emotional charge and you will respond less and less to life with fear.
