When you work with divine law and allow yourself to engage in the process of divine law, you will find that not only will fasting become easier for you, but your whole life get’ s simpler, easier, and more productive. Taking Care Of Your Body: The Holy Spirit ' s Temple




In the rudimentary Fit For Jesus website blog post, I mentioned the following scripture:





€œDo you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have noted from Tutelary? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Wherefore, elevation Spirit with your body. € ~ 1 Corinthians 6: 19 - 20





This scripture is only the prelude, but what a clear beginning it is! Our body is the actual, physical temple of the Holy Spirit. By taking care of our bodies, we are taking care of our righteous Holy Spirit ' s temple. Our bodies are a subsidy from the Lord, and we should all, in a simple act of gratitude and love, glory Him with our body and the temple of the Holy Spirit.





Is taking care of His temple a requirement? Technically, no. Recovery through Jesus Christ is a largesse of Spirit ' s abundant and perfect grace. Our save does not depend on our actions, but don ' t you, out of love and appreciation, want to give something back to our gracious Delightful Father, who gave His Tot for us?

Flesh or Spirit Fed




Man is a triune being. He is spirit, soul, and body. We are made in the likeness of Spirit after the Holy Trinity which is the Father, the Little one, and the Holy Spirit. You are more than just the fleshly body you look in the mirror after getting out of the shower.



The real you cannot be practical. The spirit that lives on the inside of your body is the real you. It is the part that is like Demon. It is the part along with your soul how you communicate with Creator. You cannot communicate with Jehovah through your flesh.



Communication with the Most High All powerful is the key to a godly life. Without communing with All powerful you will live a life far from Him. If you are living a life far from Him what good-hearted of life are you really living?



The majority of people live only a fleshy or natural life. They have no concept or knowledge of the spiritual life. Most are ruled by their temporal appetites. They only conclude in what they can examine, hear, taste, touch, or smell. But Demon gave you spiritual wisdom as well.



We know that in line for our body to live and function properly it must be fed nourishing food. The same goes for your spirit. It also must be fed nourishing food.



We know that the natural body survives on the basic food groups: vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy, and protein. When your meals consist of foods from these food groups you are toss around to be on a healthy balanced diet.



What is it that the spiritual body needs to function properly? Jesus gives us the answer when He oral, “ man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the entry of Infinite spirit. ” The spiritual food that the spirit needs to function is the Word of Providence.



If you starved your natural body of natural foods eventually you would weaken and die. The same also goes for your spiritual body, expect for one difference. If you do not give your spirit body the spiritual food it needs it will also weaken, but it will never die for it is eternal.



This is location greenness and deception takes place. Most are led to take it or postulate that the flesh body they beam is the real body, but how can that be true when it will pass away and decay. Your real body your spiritual body will never pass away or decay.



So what does the majority of people do they gorge themselves with things of the flesh while their spirit man starves. From this flow the ills that pervade this world. The Bible speaks of a time ( which now is ) when these ills would be very evident.



The Bible states in 2nd Timothy 3: 1 - 4, “ But master this, that in the last days will come ( set in ) perilous times of great stress and scrape [hard to deal with and hard to bear].



For people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self - centered, lovers of money and aroused by an strong [greedy] wanting for wealth, content and conceited and insolent boasters. They will be abusive ( blasphemous, decision ), recalcitrant to parents, ungrateful, ghastly and profane.



[They will be] without natural [human] affection ( stiff and heathen ), relentless ( admitting of no truce or appeasement ); [they will be] slanderers ( false accusers, troublemakers ), passionate and loose in morals and conduct, inborn and fierce, haters of good.



[They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] egocentric with self - conceit. [They will be] lovers of salty pleasures and self-important amusements more than and somewhat than lovers of Father. ”



I’ m amused when I hear people say the Bible is outdated and not relevant in these days and times. It only lets me know they haven’ t read it and their going on hearsay. The Bible not only speaks of the past, it also speaks of the present, and of the likely.









Only a fool would dismiss the Bible.



I’ m not surprised by the tragedies in which we are bombarded with every day in the news. The Bible plainly states what men become when they turn away from Idol. And these tragedies will wax worse and worse until Jesus comes again.



If there were food groups of the spirit then it would be go at, reading and meditating on the Word of World spirit, sway, and reputation. Your spirit man needs to be fed from these groups daily to be healthy and strong. Live with them and you will malnourished.



What does the Bible say about praying? The Bible says, “ To be questioning and pray to keep from temptation and to pray without ceasing. ”



What does the Bible say about the Word of Holiness? The Bible says, “ God’ s Word is alive and full of power sharper than any two - edged switchblade and that His Word should not book out of your jaws but that you should mediate on it day and night. ”



What does the Bible say about enhearten? The Bible says, “ Element that has breath should animate the Idol. ”



What does the Bible say about repute? The Bible says, “ Maker is a Spirit and those that account Him must laud Him in spirit and in truth. ”



So how can you tell a flesh fed man from a spirit fed man? The Bible says, “ Practices of the flesh are observable which are: adultery, fornication, badness, impurity, indecency, enjoyment, sorcery, mad, evidence, jealously, sense, anger, selfishness, divisions, lewdness, aversion, envy, murders, drunkenness, sorcery, uncleanness, and revelries. ”



The Bible says, “ Fruit of the Spirit love, joy, longsuffering, goodness, uprightness, worth, meekness, faith, peace, patience, affection, graciousness, humility, self - subordination, and forbearance. ”



It is easier for most to be found in the first pack than the second assortment, why? The first bunch describes individualism of the devil while the second grade describes one's thing of Prime mover.



Prime mover wants us to be Spirit fed and Spirit led. He wants us to come to a place locale we resemble His Youth. The journey is not easy, but only those who overcome till the extreme will be saved.

But the man who keeps repenting before Demon and keeps himself fed spiritually on a daily diet of prayer, God’ s Word, praise, and worship has a better chance of going to heaven than one that does not.

Jesus says in Revelations 3: 5, “ He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. ”



Divinity tells us though we live in the world we are not to be of the world. There should a difference between an idolater and upholder. I can here many backsliders now saying I deem, but if you’ re theatre like the devil you’ re a devil.



Providence wants us to feed daily on His Word. The world wants you to be physically fit, but Idol wants you to be spiritually fit. If you feed yourself a daily diet of fleshly things along with your fleshly soul will be able override your weak spirit. But you feed yourself a daily diet of spiritual things with your spiritual soul you will be able to override your flesh. The choice is yours will you be flesh fed or spirit fed.

It is important to drink water, healthy drinks such as water, natural juices and teas. It is also recommended to give up drinking artificially cloying drinks such as luscious sodas or drinks with caffeine.











Sports



It is important to do physical liveliness and it is recommended to find your favorite one that is right for you, you can allow to the gym in your area, you can pace the domicile, field or beach or you can go to a dance class.
